The following procedures and policies are in place to care for our clients' and therapists' wellbeing and to ensure that every customer has a magical experience at the Lush Spa.

Where can I have a Lush experience?

Arriving at the Lush spa

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Regrettably, if you arrive 10 minutes late or more we may not be able to perform your experience. This is because we want you as a client to have a full Lush experience with us and, therefore, we do not cut our treatments short. We will do our very best to accommodate you in this situation and, if possible, offer you an alternative experience that can be performed in the time available. If this is not possible, you may find that you need to reschedule.


Minors Policy

At Lush, we operate a minors policy. If a client is under the age of 18, a signed guardian consent form is required in order to proceed with the treatment.

Shop floor experiences

Booking an experience for a child under 12? Book one of our shop floor experiences - the HairLab or Fresh Facial. Please be aware that a parent or guardian will need to sign a consent form and be present during the entire experience.

Liverpool exclusive treatment, The Energiser can not be performed on clients under 14 years. Clients between 15-17 years old will need a signed consent form. 

In the Lush spa treatment rooms

Regrettably, we are unable to offer Karma, The Planets or Tales Of Bath treatments to under 18s.

Aged 12 - 15: With signed parental consent and a parent or legal guardian present in the treatment room, clients can have a Validation Facial or The Spell.

Aged 16 - 17: With signed parental consent, clients can have a Validation Facial, Synaesthesia, The Good Hour, Tailor Made, The Spell, The Sound Bath, The Comforter? Hard Days Night Treatment. A parent or legal guardian has the option to be in the room for the duration of the treatment.

Clients 18 and over can receive any of our treatments.


Pregnancy Policy

It is important that both client and therapist are comfortable when Lush experiences are being performed during pregnancy. Not all experiences are suitable for pregnant clients - please see below for further information.

Lush spa experiences

​First Trimester: During this time, we cannot perform any Spa experiences under any circumstances. This is to protect both our client and their child.

Second and Third Trimester: After this time, we can provide certain treatments with some tailored amendments to ensure the comfort of the client, including The Spell, Validation Facial, Tales Of Bath, The Sound Bath, Tailor Made, Renaissance, Fresh Facial, and Liverpool exclusive, The Energizer.


Vegan clients

We have a full range of vegan products available and all experiences can be easily tailored to vegan clients on the day during your consultation.


Inappropriate behaviour

We hope you enjoy your experience and feel as relaxed as possible. To help keep the atmosphere calming and restorative, Lush operates a zero tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol. Our staff reserve the right to cancel treatments due to inappropriate behaviour.
