I went to the Basingstoke Lush store a couple of weeks ago and I didn't find the "team of experts" helpful at all after they told me they didn't have my favourite bubble bar in stock. They didn't even try to recommend anything else, they just left me to it… it wasn't as if the shop was busy so they couldn't advise me on other products, they just didn’t bother. Also, I found staff and other customers weren’t adhering to social distancing either. This isn’t a branch of Lush I’ll be rushing back to.
