The Golden Cap
Pressed Conditioner

A shining example of the benefits beer can bring to your hair, let your tresses get tipsy on this volumising and shine-enhancing solid hair conditioner.
Vegan stout from Yorkshire swells the hair cuticle to add body, while malt and yeast strengthen your strands. Lemon balm decoction increases shine, leaving you with a bouncy but smooth finish. Golden Cap infuses your hair with a comforting myrrh and vanilla fragrance and is perfect for fans of lighter conditioners.
Benefits:
- Strengthens the surface of the hair with vegan stout.
- Enhances shine with a lemon balm decoction.
- Cuts back on packaging. This solid hair conditioner is completely naked!
How to use:
Hold this bar under the warm water for a few moments then work between your hands to release this conditioner from its solid form. When it’s reached a creamy consistency, massage directly onto wet locks, adding as much product as you desire. Focus on the mid-lengths and ends of the hair then rinse away.
How to store:
To enable this solid bar to dry between uses, place this heavenly hydrator somewhere away from water. If you’re travelling you can pop it in a pot or a tin, just be sure to let it dry out before you tuck it away.

PHENOMENAL. My hair's been slightly brittle lately and I've noticed it feeling a little lacklustre. I bought one as a gift online and then bought one at my next chance in store purely because of the scent. Warm, honeyed/vanilla, oaty sweetness like fresh cookie dough- I recommend if you enjoy the foody, creamy scents of Honey I Washed the Kids,...

I do actually like this conditioner, the smell is lovely but I couldn't get it to work as a solid bar, so I grated it and warmed it in two cups of water until I made 500ml of liquid conditioner and now its easy to use. It would definitely make up to 1kg of the normal conditioner but I use it as a concentrated version. I just apply it to super soaked hair instead of squeezing the water out like you would before applying normal conditioner.

I love this conditioner. It smells great and leaves my fine/frizz-prone hair looking healthy and glossy, in spite of using straighteners every day and having bleached blonde highlights. I find that it is hard to use when you keep it dry, so I keep mine in a soapdish and add a couple of millimetres of water for it to sit in. Then, it glides on really easily when I need it.
