Warming and floral
Highly sought after by perfumers for its exquisite fragrance, cassie absolute provides a uniquely warm, yet herbaceous note to perfume that is known to lift the spirits and comfort the mind.
Cassie is a member of the large Acacia sub-genus of shrubs and trees that belongs to the legume family, Fabaceae. The flowers are spherical and golden in colour, with a scent of violet and orange blossom. The trees usually start to flower after three years of growth and a mature tree produces about 1kg of flowers per season.
Aromatherapists use the precious oil for treating depression, nervous exhaustion and stress-related conditions where its beautiful, sunny note uplifts the spirits.
Cassie absolute can also be used as an aphrodisiac - as the calming properties of this oil help to lift away your worries so that you are free to enjoy the more sensual pleasures that life has to offer.
