Deep, rich scent
If you were an adventurous archaeology professor, prone to losing your favourite hat and then retrieving it from cascading trap doors with mere seconds to spare, you would certainly smell like tobacco absolute.
You know what they say, the problem is not the plant, it’s what we do with it. Though very unpopular for obvious health reasons, tobacco is actually loved in perfumery for it’s deeply seductive aroma. The absolute has a unique rich scent with hints of smokey caramel that gives more depth to any perfume.
Originally from tropical America, tobacco is now cultivated worldwide. The plant has large green leaves and can reach a meter high. It also grows clusters of pink flowers, but it is the leaves that are used in the tobacco industry, as well as to extract the absolute.
