I cannot fault this product, I know it’s be out for awhile but every time it run outs I still constantly buy it. I love the smell the way it’s applied smoothly. But also I know it’s for tattoos but my mum has eczema and I told her to try this and it works we have tried every product possible...

The smell is VERY strong, very florally. It's also very oily, it melts right onto the skin. It has made my tattoos instantly brighter, but I found it took a long time for the oil to absorb. I would be cautious getting this stuff on your clothes cause it stains/leaves oil marks. The packaging needs to be rethought, it doesn't lend itself to just paper packaging as the product melts in your hand as youre rubbing it onto your skin. It's just very impractical, I know Lush are against plastic packaging but this should be in a stick deodorant style applicator. Still on the fence about this.

Very moisturising and goes on easily as it’s very soft. It does make my tattoos look a bit brighter! The smell is quite strong so if you’re not into it that would be an issue but personally I like it. It’s woody and floral rather than sweet which is what I prefer. I can understand people’s issues with the packaging as if you try to keep it in the paper it doesn’t work as it’s too soft. I put it in the fridge when it arrives then peel off all the paper and keep it in a tin at room temperature. Then scoop it out when I want to use it.

So, I personally love this. I think it smells citrusy, and the oil part does "enhance" tattoos (but no more so than any oil!) I like that is comes as a stick (unlike other reviews, I think this is a plus), so you can easily apply. However, when I've applied it at work, people have said it smells like deep heat??! I don't actually mind the smell, but I'd apply and smell yourself in store. It is oily, and you will leave residue on anything you wear or sit on with skin, but I haven't seen any staining so far. I bought it for my BF and he also liked it with no negative comments.
