Grass
Perfume Oil

The first flushes of summer, wrapped in organic jojoba oil and bottled in a verdant, alcohol-free perfume. Freshly cut grass meets arresting neroli, with just a hint of violet. On your skin, earthy sandalwood takes root. There’s fruitiness – a little wood smoke too. Bergamot beds down amongst herbal hues. No saccharine, sad excuse for a green perfume, but a bold, uncompromising forest fragrance.

Before I first took a whiff of Grass I was sincerely expecting freshly cut grass, because Lush have had some pretty impressive scents like Lust or Yog Nog. However, I could only get that feel in the first few seconds upon spraying. After the first few seconds, it's all deep oriental sandalwood, which I didn't mind, only that it smells more like dried herby leaves instead of fresh grass.

Smells exactly like the shower gel! I used the perfume on one wrist and the oil on the other, the oil's scent was weaker when I applied it, but it turned out to last longer than the liquid perfume.
