This mask left my skin feeling the softest it's ever been! I was a bit nervous it might be a bit much on my combo to dry skin but not at all! I definitely recommend it to clean your pores and give your skin a nice fresh start.

I wanted to try a charcoal mask as it seems to be all the rage recently, but there is know way that I trust all that peel-off stuff with my sensitive, dry skin. Since I work outside with animals (and have my own!) I'm around dirt almost 24/7 so I was keen to find a product that unclog any blocked pores and give me a real thorough, deep clean without irritating my skin - this mask fits the bill!

I've tried this once, when I was in London, and I was AMAZED by it. Charcoal and kaolin are a match made in heaven for my combination skin, and the patchouli scent was fantastic. I so badly wish that this could come to the US, as it's the only fresh face mask that isn't offered in both countries. Crossing fingers... in the meantime, I can't wait to stock up on this again on my next visit!

It was recomended to me when I visited the Oxford store, i tested it out and felt a bit harsh but i got a tester to see how it would go on my actual face. I used it 3 times but it was just not for me. My face felt soft afterwards but nothing that blew me away. My pores are quite big and the pigment remained in them after i washed the mask off, i had to go again with my facesoap and get rid of it. My skin was a bit red afterwards although I don.t have sensitive skin. For me, other masks from Lush work perfectly, this one is just not bffs with my pores and skin sooo yeah
