We've said goodbye to this product to make room for some exciting new launches in the near future. If you're looking for something similar, why not try Helping Hands Hand Cream? Head here for more Hand Care.

Feeling all washed up? This pampering, avocado, argan and castor oil hot hand mask is just the job for hardworking hands. Full of fresh cupuacu and murumuru butters to hydrate every nook and cranny and super-soak your paws.

To get started, stand your hand mask upright in a bowl which is large enough to fit both of your hands in comfortably. Add enough hot water to cover the product and stir, allowing the treatment to develop and thicken. Plunge your hands into the resulting dreamy, creamy lotion and soak for around 15 minutes (or until the doorbell rings). Alternatively, the melted treatment can be massaged into hands before rinsing off.

I have very dry, cracked hands thanks to working at our local a&e (lots of soap and alcohol rub!). I use this treatment about once a week and my skin has improved so much! My knuckles aren't cracked and bleeding and my wrist rashes have cleared up :) I use this along with 'helping hands' hand cream!

24 Ingredients

Why oh why does this have SLS in it? I know Lush use SLS in a lot of products but I'm particularly surprised to find it in a moisturising hand mask. Whether you're a fan of SLS or not, it is a detergent - not exactly something you want to soak dry or chapped hands in! Ditto the glitter - not a helpful ingredient.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews claiming this product made their hands worse after use - that wasn’t the case for me. I’m not sure why I had a good experience and most didn’t. I have very dry and chapped hands which get very sore and irritated but this only happens in the winter, so after leaving this on for 15 mins I washed off with Luke warm water and it left a nice thin layer of moisture and oil on my skin which was very nourishing and hydrating. Then I applied a thin layer of cream dream to my hands and my skin has managed to calm down a lot.

So... got this as a birthday gift, got confused about the instructions and read all the reviews. Scraped off the glitter as I hate this, cut a small bit of and ran my hands under hot water and used it like soap. Left it on for a few minutes and then rinsed off. Quite greasy but my hands felt wonderful. So, lost a star for the glitter and confusing instructions but I'm certainly going to get many uses out of it.
