Hot Oil Treatment
Whether you like to bring the heat, bust out the bleach, get funky with colours or are all about relaxers, give your hair a day off with this hot oil treatment. With extra virgin olive oil to increase tensile strength and almond and avocado oils to deeply moisturise, your hair will be ready for whatever you have planned for it next. Guar gum reduces static and vanilla absolute lightly perfumes locks for irresistibly touchable hair.
How to use:
Fill a mug with boiling water (leaving a little space at the top) and simply stir in your hot oil treatment until it has completely melted. Allow the treatment to cool for 20 minutes before applying to dry hair. Sit back and relax for 20 minutes before shampooing out
Made too much? Keep in the bathroom for a moisture top-up as often as you need for up to 4 weeks.

Absolutely loved this! I have long, oil-prone and dyed hair, so I was warey at first. I melted mine into a mason jar, and was able to get three treatments from one stick! My hair felt super soft after washing and smelt divine. No added weight, so no super oily roots! VERY happy! Will be purchasing again!

This hot oil treatment is an absolute must for my natural curly afro hair. I was using it every week untill Lush understandably suspended things. Anyway, every week I add fenugreek powder, marshmallow root powder and amla powder to my oil and apply from scalp to ends. I absolutely do not wait for the mixture to cool down I apply whilst it's lovely and warm. I leave it on over night rinse out the next day then shampoo etc. I've seen a massive difference in using Ayurvedic powders with the oil and cannot wait for the online operations to restart again.Read More

This one and H'Suan Wen Hua do miracles with my long, wiry, totally dry hair!!!
I used it rather randomly (when I felt my hair needs some additional care), but with my almost waist-length hair, I was able to survive a couple of months just with one of these, keeping it in a jar (so certainly no sour feelings about waisted money here :)). Nothing bad happened to it and it still worked wonders. Sometimes I would leave it in my hair just for a couple of minutes, sometimes till it dried, and then washed it out.

Makes a hell of a lot more than jus a mug full. I made enough to fill 4 ‘snack’ containers AND for initial use on mine and my daughter’s shoulder length curly hair. As I was mixing, the mug began to overflow, so I had to stop, decant, add more water and mix the rest off the stick. It is a very messy job to apply and make up, however your hair soaks it in and you’re not left a dripping greasy mess while waiting.
The smell doesn’t bother me and our hair felt nice and soft afterwards. I’m hoping to see a good enough result as I have 4 weeks worth left in the fridge now!
