Henna Hair Colour
The henna hair dye that bathes you in an autumnal glow. Turn heads with deep auburn and rich chestnut tones. Glimmers of red bounce from tumbling tresses under the light, helped along by a splash of lemon juice to lift out lighter shades. A dash of indigo herb and ground coffee deepen the colour.
Red henna adds body and shine alongside a deep conditioning treatment. Fair Trade organic cocoa butter gently softens, getting your tresses in tip top condition. A henna treatment will develop differently depending on the individual tones unique to your hair, creating your own personal shade.
This natural hair dye coats each individual strand like a varnish, adding an extra layer of protection and a glossy coating. Safe and good for your hair, you can henna up as often as you like.

My hair is an extremely dark brown - Some of my friends even argue that it's black. So full, pigmented colour has never been something that I'd be able to achieve without bleaching my hair and that is a reality that I've just always had to accept. My hair is also prone to damage.
As well as my hair being dark, it is extremely thick. So as far as I've seen, the negatives of semi-permanent hair dyes have always outweighed the positives - Thinning out my hair, drying it out and damaging my ends to no repair; and all for just a slight tint in my hair colour...

I have been using henna in high school, mostly the colorless type to strengthen my thin long hair. Oftentimes in spring and autumn I start wanting to do something with my hair, and have to persuade myself to at least not do anything radical - my hair despises chemical dyes and it takes ages to restore it to its healthy form. So when I saw this one in a Lush store I was intrigued. I have ashen brown hair and always craved some warm reddish hues in it. But I wasn't sure how it would work out - well, it worked great! As always when dealing with henna, prepare for a big mess.Read More

Does what it says. I’ve used a few of these in different colours and I think they’re great. I have fine ashy brown hair and they never weigh it down. It really leaves your hair bouncey and shiny and the coverage is really even. Dying your hair is always messy, I didn’t find it messier than conventional dyes. If you are avoiding red tones it’s probably not for you, otherwise I’d definitely recommend.
