I bought this cream because it smelt divine and I thought if nothing else, I would find it mildly relaxing. Was not expecting this magic cream to send me off to sleep so utterly quickly every single night! I have never slept through the night without waking until I started using this cream on my arms and chest every night...

I used to take anxiety medication for 11 years and had to stop recently which was pretty terrible. But I found that using and smelling Sleepy can help my anxiety not be as bad. It's such a relaxing scent and I love using it! I hope lush makes it permanent or at least brings it to the kitchen often!

I've long suffered with issues with sleeping, and this lotion has been a godsend. A coating on my chest, shoulder and arms is almost guaranteed to give me a full night's sleep. Would highly recommend.

I have sleep issues was drawn to sleepy because of the buzz that surrounded it. I have been on and off sleeping medication and practice good sleep hygiene in conjunction with this. I read about it in magazines and blogs so I had to give it a try. I found it bitterly disappointing. Its far too greasy to be applied in the evening. I find the fragrance to be perfect and I I now include the sleepy dusting powder as part of my nightly ritual and I do believe it helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper.
