Flower's Barrow

Perfume

Walk back in thyme
A bottle of Flower's Barrow Lush perfume. The perfume an orange/brown in colour and contained in a rectangle bottle featuring a black lid and label.

Imagine the scene. You're standing atop of Flower's Barrow, an Iron Age hillfort looking out across the captivating bay of Worbarrow on the Dorset coastline. Your barrow will be taken over by the Romans when they arrive, but the only roman in this quintessentially English scent is mood-brightening roman chamomile oil. A fresh and floral fragrance with a heart of blackcurrant.

This is absolutely beautiful. Classically British smell. Not old lady though. Is like walking through a perfect English country garden. Great longevity too. And suits every mood!

I discovered the delightful "Flower's Barrow" several years ago when I first saw that Lush had launched the "Gorilla Perfume" range. My sister and I stood for what seemed like hours, sniffing all the amazing fragrances, with their imaginative names. After much deliberation, I narrowed it down to 2, and bought the perfume oil in tiny bottles. This fast became my all-time a favoutire fragrance, even beating "Karma" which I wore all through my teens and do still love, but it doesn't get a look-in now with this on hand.
