Tank Battle
Perfume

A work of art.
A sweet, earthy fragrance - patchouli, musky labdanum and the smell of rain combine with a touch of fresh spraypaint to create a mysterious perfume that narrates a much bigger story.
Inspired by Tachowa Covington and the battle to keep his home, an abandoned water tank on the highway of California, after being tagged by Banksy.
You’ll love this if you like:
- Heady but sweet fragrances.
- Rentless perfume.
- Perfumes where there’s more than meets the nose.
All perfumes come in a complementary recyclable gift box.

I've never had so many compliments from colleagues, friends and strangers telling me I 'smell amazing', there is something aout this scent that makes people want to know what it is, and means I can't stop smelling it when I wear it! I generally spitz it on the nape of my neck which I find works best when I'm out...

I really wanted to love this perfume, but that's the first and last time I ever blind buy.
You can paint any kind of pretty story you like for this perfume, but the overwhelming smell is the sting of fresh, disgusting mould.
As soon as it comes out of the bottle you get a fleeting whiff of snow fairy, before it immediately turns on you and becomes the deep stink of mouldy regret. After about 20 minutes of constant ewww, it eventually settles down into a faint, mediocre, bubble gum tinged dusty loft scent.

This perfume is one of the most divisive I've noticed in my time working for Lush. Folk either love or loathe it, with me being the former. On first application you'll be hit with the labadanum which is super sweet, almost like the old artificial bubblegum smell you get. This settles on the skin and combines nicely with the patchouli to give this really unique metallic quality to the fragrance, with the clove ever so slightly giving it a bit of a roughness at the end.
