My dad is a carpenter and gets really grubby hands, wood glue, varnish and sawdust are just a few of the things he regularly comes home covered in. He has tried so many soaps and defoliators to get clean hands but nothing worked, until he found this. After a couple of uses his hands where in his own words "the cleanest they have been in a year", now this is the only thing he will use and his partner loves it for getting smooth legs and elbows too. It may not be the most powerfully scented soap but it more than makes up for it in it's cleansing and exfoliating properties.

Well, this soap is exactly this. If you love that feeling and smell, then this soap is for you. If not, well, then you'll better looking elsewhere.

The old formula was perfect, sand evenly dispersed all the way through with chunks of shea butter, left you thoroughly exfoliated but not dry. It didn’t leave a greasy sheen either. IMO it was the best exfoliator lush had and it was great value for money. However now it’s unevenly spread. One side has no sand at all and the other has to much. And leaves you raw. Honestly think you shouldn’t have messed with a good thing.
