So I have poor blood circulation. Its been so bad for a while. The day after I applied this on my hands and feet my circulation has improved so much. My hands and feet have not been bad circulation for 4 days. So I would recommend it and you only need to use this once or twice a week. Best used after a shower and put socks on your feet. Probably wait 3 to 4 hours to take socks off so you don't need to sleep with your socks on in the night!!

was gifted this, my first lush product, by an amazing employee at the store at cribbs and it's one of the best presents i got for christmas! firstly the colour is beautiful and the peppermint smell is so nice and uplifting. its healing benefits really steal the stage tho! i had horrible eczema on my foot that made my foot super itchy and had even weakened one of my nails enough to get a fungal infection - really not attractive. this healed my skin tho and now i only get minimal dry skin, and has actually fought my nail infection to where it is manageable!Read More

Wow, the smell on this one is strong! Luckily I like peppermint, so no problem for me. It does make your feet softer and feels a little tingly. I don't use it as much as I thought I would, but if foot lotion is your thing this is a nice choice.
