After getting a voucher for this treatment from my lovely boyfriend for Christmas, I couldn’t wait to get myself booked in. I had an amazing experience at the Lush Spa Kings Road in Chelsea, with the lovely Laura, who is the nicest, sweetest person you’ll ever meet, she instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. You get to walk around the store and pick your products, which is so cool and exciting!! The validation facial is a beautiful experience as a whole. I seriously didn’t want it to end!

Had this treatment at Oxford street with Cecily. Absolutely amazing. The music as usual with lush spas is great and the products brilliant,but the whole atmosphere in the room is just so relaxing and you come out glowing.
